I photograph life the way it lingers in memory. Soft, quiet connections. Unguarded, honest moments. The small, imperfect beauty found when you wander your own way.

The ones that make you stop and stare. The kind that take a skip, hop, and hike to get to. I’ve always been drawn to places that feel open and a little wild — the kind that don’t need anything added to them.

Because it brings you back to what actually matters — you and the person you’re choosing. The day revolves around what you make it. You’re not running around hosting guests or following a strict timeline. You get to slow down. Breathe. Focus on the vows you’re making to one another. When you’re marrying the person you love, I believe you deserve each other’s full attention — and eloping allows that.

Easy. Fun. Uncomplicated.
The day is yours. We can move slow, chase light, pivot if the weather shifts — none of it has to feel rigid. I’m there to keep things flowing, not to take over.
I blend in when I need to, step in when it’s helpful, and make sure you’re not carrying the weight of the logistics. You get to laugh, explore, be present with each other. I’ll make sure it’s documented beautifully while it’s happening.
I’ve always felt most at home outside.
There’s something about being in a place that feels bigger than you — wind, water, open sky — that puts everything into perspective. That’s where I think clearly. That’s where I feel steady.
Photography became the way I stayed connected to it.
I didn’t start with a big plan to build a brand. I started because I was paying attention — to people, to the way certain moments feel different from the rest. Over time, it became part of who I am.
When we got married, we chose to elope in a place we already loved. It wasn’t dramatic or rebellious. It just fit. A day built around what mattered most, without the noise.
That experience didn’t send me in a new direction — it confirmed what I already loved.
That’s who I’m drawn to photograph.
Couples who wander. Who don’t need a crowd to prove anything. Who care more about how the day feels than how it looks. The ones who quietly choose their own way because it suits them better.
I’m based in Michigan, and I’ll always love the quiet corners here. But if there’s a place that feels a little wild and a little worn, I’m probably already interested.
At the end of the day, I care about real moments, honest light, and photographs that feel like something you lived — not something you staged.
